A short-sleeved undershirt is the natural choice if you want your dress shirt to look fresh even after a long working day. The short sleeve covers the underarm area and absorbs moisture there before it reaches the shirt fabric. Which neckline suits your shirt?
The right neckline depends on how you wear your dress shirt:
- Crew neck: for outfits with a tie – it disappears completely under the collar and covers chest hair or tattoos.
- V-neck: if you leave the top button undone.
- Deep V-neck: with two or more buttons open.

Stretch cotton from the Hamburg, Porto and Nizza series fits close to the body and keeps its shape. MicroModal® from the Stuttgart series feels particularly soft and light. Discreet under your dress shirt
Under a white dress shirt, beige is usually less noticeable than white, because the natural tone creates less contrast with your skin. Black models suit dark shirts, polo shirts or jumpers. Most of our short-sleeved undershirts are cut extra long and do not slip out of your trousers; many also do without an irritating neck label.
