How to measure your body.
- Chest circumference— Wrap the measuring tape horizontally around the fullest part of the chest and back. It should pass under the arms and fit close to the body without being too tight.
- Waist Circumference— Measure around the narrowest part of the torso, which is usually above the navel. Stand naturally and keep the tape close to the body without pulling it too tight.
