The Performance line brings together the ALBERT KREUZ fabric series in which function comes first. The materials support a comfortable body climate, regulate moisture and are made for long days at the office, when travelling or on the move. This functional underwear is available for women and men – as undershirts with a V-neck, deep V-neck or crew neck, as women's undershirts and tops with a deep round neckline, and as boxer briefs and high-waist briefs.
CoolKlima Oslo – staying dry under shirts and blouses
The Performance CoolKlima Oslo series is made from a blend of cotton, polyester and elastane. The fine fabric quickly wicks moisture to the outside and keeps your skin feeling dry – a good choice if you tend to sweat under business clothing. Find out more in our guide Undershirts Against Sweat Marks.
Merino-TENCEL™ Auckland – temperature balance with natural fibres
The Performance Merino-TENCEL™ Auckland series combines ultrafine merino wool with TENCEL™ Lyocell. The lightweight fabric balances temperature, absorbs moisture, releases it to the outside and stays fresh for longer. For men there are short- and long-sleeved undershirts, for women styles with a deep round neckline.
Merino wool and Coolmax Cotton
The line is completed by undershirts and tops made from merino wool, some in mulesing-free quality. Like Oslo, the Performance Coolmax Cotton series is a blend of cotton and polyester; it includes men's undershirts with a V-neck, deep V-neck or crew neck as well as boxer briefs in black and white.
Details for long days
Most undershirts in the line are cut extra long and do not ride up out of trousers or skirts. Many styles have no neck label and fit close to the body, so they do not crease under blouses and shirts. Several styles are also odour-resistant and smell neutral again after a short airing – handy when you wear them for long periods.
Which Performance series suits you?
If staying dry is your main priority, CoolKlima Oslo is the obvious choice. For temperature balance in changing conditions and long periods of wear, we recommend merino-TENCEL™ and merino wool. An overview of the properties of each material can be found in our guide Which materials are suitable for men's undershirts?.
