How to measure your body.
- Waist Circumference— Measure around the narrowest part of the torso, which is usually above the navel. Stand naturally and keep the tape close to the body without pulling it too tight.
- Hip circumference— Measure horizontally around the fullest part of the hips and seat. Keep the feet close together and parallel.
- Inseam Length— While standing upright, measure along the inside of the leg from the crotch to the floor. Measure barefoot with the legs as straight as possible.
