Return policy
You have the right to cancel the binding contract within a thirty-day cooling off period starting on the day you receive the items according to the distance selling regulations. During this time you are entitled to examine the items as you might do in a store. If you change your mind, you are allowed to cancel the purchase regardless of the reason and you will receive a full refund within 30 days of sending back the items to our shipping and handling service center. Please note that you are liable for the costs of returning the items.
However, the 30-day cooling off period does not apply for the following situations:
- The items ordered were customized for you
- The items are no longer in the original condition as when they were delivered to you
In order to exercise your right to cancel your order, you must provide a notice of cancellation in writing

If your items are faulty or do not meet the description given on our website, please contact us at your earliest convenience by email at [email protected] or by fax at +49 3328 3310371. Please return faulty items to our shipping and handling service center (see address above). We will then provide a replacement if available or alternatively we will give you a full refund for the items (including delivery costs).
The right to cancel is applicable only to end consumers and not to business traders.
