How do I place an order in the online shop?
Select your desired product, add it to the cart and follow the checkout process. You can order as a guest or with a customer account. A detailed explanation can be found here: How to order.
Can I change my order after placing it?
As long as your order has not been shipped, changes are often possible. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page, by email at [email protected], by phone at +49 3328 3310 370 or via WhatsApp.
What should I do if the shop is not working properly?

Yes, trying on is possible. For hygiene reasons, please always try on underwear over your own underwear.
What if I am between two sizes?

Which undershirt should I choose?
This depends on your outfit. For an open collar, a V-neck is often suitable. For a business look with a tie, a crew neck is recommended. For women, a deep scoop neck is ideal under a blouse.
