2. Return policy
You have the right to cancel the binding contract within a seven-day cooling off period from the date you receive the goods, according to the distance selling regulations. During this time you are entitled to examine the goods as you might do in a shop. If you change your mind, your are allowed to cancel the purchase regardless of the reason for return and receive a full refund within 30 days of sending the goods back. You are liable for the costs of returning the goods.
However, the seven-day cooling off period does not apply in the following situations:
- The goods you ordered were customized for you
- The goods are no longer in the same condition as when they were delivered
In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must provide notice of cancellation in writing,

If you cancel your order by returning the goods, you need to send them directly to our shipping and handling service:

If your goods are faulty or do not meet the description given on our website, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or by fax : 0049 3328 3310371. We ask you to return the faulty goods to our shipping and handling service (see address above). We will sent you a replacement if available. Alternatively, we will issue a full refund (including delivery costs).
The right to cancel is applicable only to end consumers, and not to business traders.
3. Order process
The goods displayed in our online shop do not constitute a binding offer, but only a non–binding online show-room of our range of goods.
You may select items from our range of goods. By clicking on the “add to shopping cart” button these goods will be added to your "shopping cart". After inserting your personal data and then clicking on the “send order” button in the shopping cart, you submit a tentative order to buy the goods in the shopping cart.
As soon as we accept this tentative order, your order forms a binding sales contract between you and us.
Before confirming an order, you can review and amend your order details any time by clicking on the “shopping cart”. During the 4 steps of the order process, you can check if all details are correct and change them if necessary.
By clicking the "BUY NOW" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. After receiving your order, an order confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address you provided in your order. This email includes a summary of your order details and also constitutes the acceptance of your tentative order and forms a binding contract. If your e-mail address is missing or invalid, the binding contract is formed at the moment you receive the goods. We are able to accept your tentative order within 7 days.

4. Storage of the contract data
We save your order and the the related order data you entered. If you want to print your order, please use the print function in the ordering process step no. 4. When you confirm your order with the “send order” button in the 4th ordering step, you’ll find the following message on the screen “Thank you for your order on ALBERT KREUZ shop”. Here you can print your order with all the data you entered. After this step, these data are no longer available. In addition, if you entered a valid e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation of the receipt of your order by e-mail containing all the data you entered.
5. Notice regarding packaging regulations
Our company is affiliated to Landbell AG, Mainz (customer ID: 4102578), the nationwide recycling and returning company. In this way we comply with the Regulations on packaging defined by the German law § 6 VerpackV, relating to the packaging of products sent directly to the consumer.
