Returns step by step

In case you don't have your return form at hand, please find all necessary information on how to return your item below. You can also find the return form as second page of your invoice, which we sent you by e-mail on the day of shipment.

We offer a voluntary 30 days return policy. Silk accessories are excluded from the right of withdrawel because they are custom-made after ordering the item. Express shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns from Germany:

Please enter the link for a free return label in your browser (not in google search) and generate your free return label (only available in German). It will be sent by e-mail immediately. The link was provided in the email of your invoice and return form. Print the label and stick it on your return shipment. Please enclose the completed return form with your shipment. You can post the parcel at any post office, DHL station or directly hand it over to a DHL deliverer.

In case you do not have the return form anymore, please include the following information in your package:
 
  • Your name and invoice number (the invoice was sent by e-mail on the day your order was shipped)
  • Quantity and item number(s) of the item(s) you are returning. You can add a return reason in order to help us to improve our quality/range of products.
  • Your bank details in case you would like to receive your refund by bank transfer
You can also print the return form yourself, it was sent by e-mail together with the invoice.

Once your return shipment has arrived at our warehouse, you will receive a credit notification. The refund will be issued immediately. If you paid by PayPal, credit card or AmazonPay, we will send the refund the same way.


Returns form countries outside of Germany:

Only returns from Austria qualify for a free return:

 
  • Please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] and we will send you all necessary steps to recieve the free return label.
  • Print the label and stick it on a big envelope or on a parcel box.
  • Include the filled out return form or the necessary information mentioned above in your shipment (you received the return form with your delivery and also by email with your invoice). 
  • If you use a big envelope: Fold the item boxes and insert them in the envelope together with the folded items. If you use a parcel box, the items can remain in their original item boxes.
  • Post the envelope in the nearest letter box or hand over the parcel at any post office.
